6 different treatments
Duration of each treatment: 30 minutes
Called Shirodhara in Sanskrit. It's the most mind relaxing massage in Ayurveda. A pure moment of detachment and peace of mind. In this procedure, herbal oils, medicated buttermilk or milk or decoction etc are poured slowly on the forehead.
Duration: 30 minutes.
Called Takradhara in Sanskrit. This therapy will calm you down by using medicated buttermilk poured onto the forehead to relieve stress and anxiety.
Duration: 30 minutes
Called Netra Tarpana in Sanskrit. Medicated oil is retained in a reservoir over the eyes made of black gram paste. This therapy have a cooling and rejuvenating effect on irritated, tired and stressed eyes. It relieves eyestrain, improves eyesight and several eyes related issued.
Duration: 30 minutes
Named Nasya in Sanskrit. Medicinal oils or herbal mixtures are inhaled or used as drops (mixed with oils or ghee) to clear the congestion in the sinuses. It is also good for balancing the prana (air) in vata.
Duration: 30 minutes
Called Karnapoorana in Sanskrit. This therapy involves filling the ears with medicated oil to drain and wash the ear. Indications: Dry nose/ears, earache, ear wax, tinnitus, tingling sensation in the ears etc.
Duration: 30 minutes
This special massage relaxes tones and eases muscle tension in the head scalp, neck and shoulders. It also aids to eliminate toxins by stimulating circulation, creating positive energy flow through the chakras leaving you a state of deep traquility.
Duration: 30 minutes
